Una visión del emprendimiento desde arquetipos sistémicos
Resumen
La mayoría de los modelos para comprender el proceso emprendedor se basan en visiones lineales y secuenciales, que no consideran la complejidad inherente a los sistemas sociales. Por lo anterior, este artículo propone una visión sistémica que considera las no linealidades, el dinamismo de los procesos y los ciclos de retroalimentación, por medio de la estructuración de arquetipos que permitan una mejor comprensión del proceso emprendedor.
Para la elaboración de los arquetipos se realizó una revisión de literatura científica relacionada con el tema. Dicha revisión permitió identificar variables y causalidades asociadas al proceso de creación de empresa que permitieron estructurar arquetipos para cada una de las situaciones problemáticas identificadas.
Finalmente, se concluye que una visión sistémica ofrece herramientas conceptuales y metodológicas para explicar el proceso de creación de empresas, mejorando el conocimiento de los sistemas empresariales y la efectividad en la toma de decisiones.
