Gestión de la capacidades dinámicas desde una perspectiva de la gestión del conocimiento y los sistemas de información

Resumen


La orientación basada en los recursos analiza el interior de las empresas para encontrar aquellos activos y capacidades que la conducen hacia la obtención de un mayor desempeño competitivo. Sin embargo, el nuevo entorno competitivo global, caracterizado por una mayor turbulencia, complejidad y cambio constante, ha puesto de manifiesto la necesidad para las organizaciones de generar a su interior ciertas habilidades para alcanzar una mejor posición competitiva bajo entornos inciertos. En este contexto, en el presente artículo se analiza el papel de los Sistemas de Información (SI) como facilitador para el desarrollo de la Gestión del Conocimiento (GC) en las organizaciones, y a partir de este, permitir a la empresa adecuarse al entorno mediante sus efectos sobre la mejora de una serie de capacidades dinámicas organizativas.
